The effect of Full Moon for the river.

It’s a beautiful full moon tonight.

One local man told me an interesting thing which happens at the Noosa River at full moon. The Noosa River is situated at Noosa, QLD, Australia and it enters the Pacific Ocean.

The difference between high tide and low tide becomes the biggest at full moon.(It also happens at new moon.) It’s called the spring tide.

During high tide in the spring tide, a large amount of seawater flows into the Noosa River. Seawater pushes freshwater upstream and the river becomes full of seawater. At low tide, seawater takes sediment together to the sea and then the river gets clean and clear.

I’m not sure the detail of this natural process. But I’m sure the great Mother Nature alway shows us her natural wisdom.

The great Mother Nature at the Noosa River.

At The Noosa River.(Noosaville, QLD, Australia)

We can enjoy various things by this riverside. Sunbathing, swimming, fishing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, BBQ, etc…

“There are sharks in this river.” Locals say.

This shark is the Bull Shark. They can live in both saltwater and freshwater and can come up to rivers. They are known as the dangerous one which is responsible for shark attacks.

“But they don’t attack humans here. Because there are plenty of fishes in this river, it’s enough for them.”

The natural ecosystem influences our life. The natural balance between humans and species here makes a safe and peaceful world.

Human beings are alive by the great Mother Nature.

The teaching of the wild Pelicans.

By the Noosa River. (Noosa, QLD, Australia)

We can see the wild Pelicans here. They are calm, friendly and good flyers.

Their flying style is really interesting. It’s hard to fly for their big and heavy bodies so they have to spread their wings against the wind and wait for a while until catching the strong wind. But they never try to force themselves to fly. They just know they can catch the wind and fly. Finally when the timing comes, they start moving their wings and then fly high.

When we have a difficult situation, we try to resist and remove it from our life. It’s possible sometimes but in most cases the situation gets bad.

If we receive the situation and trust ourselves as Pelicans do, we might be able to see the different future.

We are alive to be happy.

Enjoy having a coffee latte with the Five senses.

At Bookstore & Cafe “The River Read

While hearing the sounds the leaves rustle in the breeze,

I taste a lovely heart shaped chocolate served with a coffee latte,

hold the glass and feel the temperature of it,

then I enjoy the aroma of freshly brewed espresso blended with steamed milk.

It’s a cozy and peaceful time.

The world I can see here is simple and beautiful.

Yoga with my favorite teacher.

My favorite Yoga teacher is in Hong Kong. Her name is Megala. She is the person who changed my mind about Yoga.

When I had her first class, I was quite a beginner and my image of Yoga was just exercise. But after this class I felt something interesting and decided to try her class again.

Since then I always enjoy joining her class every visiting in Hong Kong.

Mainly she teaches Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Power vinyasa, and Ashtanga. All classes are really fun, especially the morning class is quite challenging!

She does not only lead poses but also explain what muscles we use, how to move each parts of our body and its angle etc … Because of this I got an opportunity to be interested in human anatomy. And the greatest awareness is when I focus my body, it helps me to focus my mind more deeply.

If you visit in Hong Kong and are interested in Yoga, I recommend to try her class. It’ll be so fun!
