Today’s theme is about “Why do we feel stress?”. The reason I chose this theme today is because I realized I felt stress.
When I considered this, I got an interesting conclusion.
The conclusion I got is as follows;
“When we don’t do what we want to do, we feel stress.” and/or “When we have to do what we don’t want to do, we feel stress.”
In my case, I think the cause of my stress is I haven’t done yoga for the last few days.
Recently I had a rest to do yoga because I didn’t feel well. For me, to do yoga is what I want to do, but I couldn’t. Because of this, I felt stress.
I will give you other examples below;
“You are too busy to have a time for hobbies.” … You want to have a time for hobbies but you can’t, so you feel stress.
“You have to have socializing that you have been fed up with.” … You don’t want to have socializing with some boring person but you have to, so you feel stress.
“Your subordinates don’t work well as you expect.” … You expect more from your subordinates but they don’t work well. You have to be patient, so you feel stress.
So how do we deal with stress?
In my case, if I start doing yoga again, my stress will be gone.
In conclusion, when we feel stress, what we have to do is “Do what we want to do.” and/or “Stop doing what we don’t want to do.”
What do you think about it?
